From Fatih Pinar, a video about the Kazova textile factory okupation in Istanbul, today a factory that continues to produce through workers' self-management.  Autonomy is constructed slowly, step by unpredictable step, in a movement in which the ends and the means are one and the same; a means without end …

Kazova textile workers began their resistence movement on February 27, 2013 after their dismissal with their 4 unpaid wages and severence pay. Then on April 28, they set a resistence tent infront of the factory and on June 28 they occupied it. Since then they have been producing pullovers with the machines they repaired after the occupation. They still keep on resistence and here they tell about their project of production without a boss.
